The business advertises one price on signs outside, but after the service was completed I was charged a higher amount. When I questioned it, they attempted to remove the sale sign instead of honoring the advertised price. The tire service was done lazily they wouldn’t even remove the tire from the vehicle to properly fix it. The owner was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful during the interaction. They charge customers based on appearance and how much they think they can get away with charging. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest pricing or quality service. Wish I read previous client reviews.

They do take you around to find decent tires. Their prices have gone up & he has new people working there. He is polite, if you're polite. My only concern is the tire lugs are put on so tight, you can't remove them. My husband was trying to remove a lug nut & it snapped in half. Bent his tire iron. I know it was this shop because it was last place he went to get a couple of used tires. When we took it to another place they're supposed hand torque the the lug nuts to a certain PSI, not use impact tool. Recommended PSI For my husband's truck it's 130 PSI it was over 200 PSI my car is only 80 PSI it was on pretty tight also. The tire shop in Elk Grove almost couldn't get them off. FYI it was explained to us that your tire can fly off while driving if too tight. It will cause your lug nuts to snap. If you continue to go here make sure you discuss with them to not use impact wrench to tighten the lug nuts. Hand torque them for your safety.

Inaccurate business hours. Needed my tire patched after work. Said online they were open until 6:30 on Saturday’s and when I pulled up at 5:30 they were already closed 👎🏼

I recommend you shop for your used tires somewhere else. I went in with a bad tire looking for a used match. They had one left and I stalled on my rim,only to have a bubble in it. They tried to sell me that bad tire,which I didn't want ,and then charged me for installing said bad tire. It wasn't my fault they install a bad tire,and used the excuse they don't know how good the tire is until they install it(after the fact). Tell me how is that the customers fault and why do we have to pay for your mistakes. They just flat out run bad business. Hadn't been there in years and thought they may had changed their bad business practices, but I found they haven't.
